I love a good infographic. I especially love ones relating to cooking or baking. And I’m always trying to remember the correct amounts to substitute when I’m converting a regular old recipe to my new super-healthy baking.       • Thanks Vinny! I have used it so much since I found it, I’m seriously thinking of blowing it up and covering my fridge with it.
        Ps. If you’re after an awesome GF cereal, I’m addicted to Bob’s Red Mill GF Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal. It’s great as porridge, but also a brilliant way to bulk out cakes, meatballs, etc!
